People are calling be crazy. I've signed up for not one but two olympic distance triathlons in 2008. To help support the effort, I am asking friends and colleagues to donate money to House of Ruth DC, a wonderful cause, to help motivate me for training and running these two events. This blog will help all of you track of my "progress." Reactions and ass-kicking motivation chiding welcomed.

Will it or Won't it.

It was supposed to be 70 and partly sunny so I broght my bike to work for an afternoon ride. Instead its clowdy and threatening to rain all day. Weathermen suck. Cmon sun!

PM UPDATE - The correct answer is it won't. Raining here and going to have to hit the trainer indoors. boooooooring to ride indoors. Hope something good is on TV.
